The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act – DSG, TKG 2021). This website deliberately works without cookies, tracking and analytics tools.

3. Contact

This website does not use a contact form. If you contact me by e-mail or phone, the data you provide (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, phone number, content of your message) is processed solely to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Enquiry data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. in case of a contract). It is not shared with third parties without your consent.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria (www.easyname.at). The servers are located in Austria; hosting does not involve any data transfer to third countries. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with easyname.

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is used to ensure fault-free operation, system security and error analysis and is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are deleted automatically by the provider in line with its standard retention periods.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or any web analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo). No user profiles are created and no data is processed for advertising purposes. For this reason, no cookie banner is required.

6. Fonts

The fonts used on this website (Barlow) are hosted locally on the web server. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is established when you visit this website, and no data is transferred to third parties.

7. External links

This website contains links to external websites (e.g. LinkedIn). When you click such a link, you leave this website; the respective operator is responsible for data processing on the linked pages. No social media plugins that transfer data on page load are embedded.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, an informal e-mail to thomas.zach@z-il.com is sufficient. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna).
